PHOTOS OF NEW TEMPORARY STATION 9 - CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES
ON THE NEW APPARATUS BAYS, WITH THE OVERHEAD STRUCTURE
AND NEW CONCRETE FLOOR IN THE ENGINE ROOM TAKING SHAPE,
PLUS A MAJOR REMODELING OF THE THE LIVING QUARTERS.

L.R. CITY BOARD VOTED TO APPROVE FOR REMODELING WORK ON TEMPORARY STATION 9 ON 7-16-24.
This will be an extensive remodeling for quarters for a Battaltion Chief 9, Engine Company 9 and Truck Company 9. From the Actual Resolution: "To authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Wagner General Contractors, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $939,320.00, to provide General Contractor Services for the construction of temporary Fire Station No. 9, located at 1509 Green Mountain Drive; and for other purposes.  Staff recommends approval."
