Photos of the FIVE NEW recently delivered Pierce Enforcer Pumpers are by Lee Church.
Much appreciation to him from the webmaster of this website! Engines 2, 6, 11, 15, and 16
are all in service, protecting the city of Little Rock, and its citizens

Note: Engine 16 is NOT a "carbon copy" of Engines 2, 6, 11, and 15. This is due to the size of the Engine Room at Station 16.

Engine 16's cab is about 10 inches shorter than the other four pumpers in this order. Check the amount of body that is behind the rear doors of Engines 15 and 16 in the above photos.

It has a 1500 GPM pump, instead of a 2000 GPM pump, and Engine 16's Q-Tone Siren is mounted "flush" with the front bumper. Engine 16's Cummins X12 Diesel is a 455 HP version instead
of the 500 HP version in New Engines 2,6, 11, and
15.

..............................................................

The Little Rock Fire Department has recently placed FIVE BRAND NEW Pierce Enforcer Custom Pumpers in service. Many, many thanks to the LRFD Officers, and Fire FIghters who contributed to this undertaking!

Also,
many thanks to Mayor Scott and the L.R. City Board Members who have supported
the Little Rock Fire Department in fulfilling its need to replace fire apparatus that is old,
worn out, and undependable with new modern engines, ladder trucks, and other apparatus.

These five new pumpers are a significant step in providing the citizens of Little Rock with the Fire Apparatus that they need! Little Rock Fire Fighters are the first responders to fires, as well as medical calls, traffic accidents, and many other emergencies that arise every day in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas!
